Who can buy from Dixie?

If you have a shop or a company that works with interior design, you are welcome to buy from us. Our products are available for purchase in a number of well-established stores in Sweden, the Nordic countries and the rest of Europe, as well as through selected online stores. You are welcome to contact us by email or telephone if you are interested in becoming a reseller of Dixie’s products or initiating a collaboration of any kind.

Where’s our warehouse situated?

Dixie collaborates with an external and very professional warehouse in Vårgårda, which is named Sandahls. All our products are delivered there for storage, careful handling and further transport to our customers both in Sweden and internationally. To pick-up your goods at our warehouse your self is not permitted due to quality- and safety reasons.

How much is the shipping cost?

The actual shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of your order and of course how far the goods are to be transported. We have free shipping limits on the order value for most markets if you want to be sure to avoid unnecessary extra costs.

What are the terms of payment?

We always ask for payment in advance for new customers. When the collaboration is up running, we are happy to discuss a possible credit period.

How long is the normal delivery time?

Under normal conditions, the delivery time for stock items is approximately 3-5 working days from the order received. During holidays and other special occasions, the delivery time may be longer. Now in pandemic times, we have long lead times for certain products and partial deliveries are therefore more common than normal. We hope for your understanding and our goal is to keep you informed in the event of major changes in delivery time.
